Overview
Procedure: All sessions will be mutually agreed upon.
In-person coaching: The coach and client will collaborate to determine the session’s time and/or location.
Video session: During all scheduled video meetings, the Client is responsible for joining the session on time. The Client will contact the Coach via email and/or phone 30 minutes before the session if they are running late.
Canceling a session: If the Client needs to cancel a session, they will contact the coach within 24 hours. If the Coach is at any other location during a scheduled session, the Client will be notified before the appointment.
Refunds: Visions does not offer refunds, as all canceled appointments will be rescheduled as soon as possible on a mutually agreed-upon date by the Coach and Client.
