The Benefits of Coaching

Coaching is becoming the missing connection to creating a successful business and achieving personal life goals. Even Oprah has obtained the services of a Life Coach, sharing that “coaching helps you to stop the crazy mind chatter …that tells you that you’re not good enough.” Further, the CEOs of Fortune 500 companies like eBay, Pfizer, and Charles Schwab & Co. are reported to have hired a business coach to enhance their company’s productivity and organizational culture!

Please feel free to contact me for a free consultation to discuss whether coaching is what you need. I can be reached via email at BennuRising@roadrunner.com.

Coaches are not

Therapists

Coaching does not focus on the past; life coaching focuses on the present and creating the future/goals that a client hopes to achieve. Life coaches are not consultants; we do not tell clients what to do or prescribe specific courses of action based on their desires.

Consultants

Coaches don’t dictate solutions or prescribe specific actions. Instead, we facilitate self-discovery and guide clients toward their own goals.

Mentors

Unlike mentors who pull from personal experiences, coaches empower clients to gain different perspectives as they board on their unique coaching journey.

What Coaches do

Empower

Life/Business coaching empowers clients to address urgent, challenging, or significant life situations. We provide a supportive space for clients to gain clarity on their goals and create actionable steps toward achieving their desired life.

Participate in Action Orientation

Coaches focus on moving clients forward, helping them envision their ideal future, and strategizing to create that future. They act as accountability partners, guiding clients through life’s complexities.

Engage in Present and Future-Focus

Coaching concentrates on the present and future, unlike therapy, which often delves into the past. Coaching aims to create the future clients aspire to achieve (Life Purpose Institute, 2023).
